
Coconut Creek Recreation Complex.
The City of Coconut Creek offers an innovative and progressive basketball training program for girls.
This program focuses on conditioning and skill development, helping young athletes enhance their offensive and defensive abilities, including shooting, footwork, acceleration, lateral agility, balance, and change of direction.
Open to girls ages 8 to 12, the program runs on Saturdays from April 5 through April 26. Sessions are held from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Recreation Complex, located at 4455 Sol Press Boulevard. Each participant will receive a training shirt.
The cost is $30 for Coconut Creek residents and $40 for non-residents, with credit card payment only.
Space is limited to 10 participants, and registration is available until the program reaches capacity. Parents can register their children online at CoconutCreek.net/WebTrac or in person at the Recreation Complex or Community Center, located at 1100 Lyons Road.
