Coconut Creek Recreational Complex {Aiden Palmer}
The City of Coconut Creek is bringing the heat this summer with the return of its Men’s 18+ Basketball Summer League — a fast-paced, fun, and competitive league designed to keep players active all season long.
Open to men ages 18 and older, the league will run Thursday nights from May 1 through July 31, with games scheduled at 7:00 p.m., 8:00 p.m., and 9:00 p.m. There will be no games held on June 19 and July 3 in observance of holidays.
Games will be played at the Recreation Complex, located at 4455 Sol Press Boulevard. Teams must consist of at least five and no more than ten players. Each team is responsible for providing its own matching, numbered jerseys. Team names and shirt colors will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
The team registration fee is $500, and it must be paid in full via credit card at the time of registration. Space is limited to just six teams, so early registration is encouraged.
Participants can register online at CoconutCreek.net/WebTrac or the Recreation Complex or the Community Center at 1100 Lyons Road. A WebTrac account is required for online registration. For help setting up an account, call the Recreation Complex at 954-956-1580.
Don’t miss the chance to hit the court, stay in shape, and compete for bragging rights this summer. For more information, visit CoconutCreek.net/Recreation.
