The long-awaited Mainstreet at Coconut Creek project is about to become a reality.
Mayor Jackie Railey said that she just signed the documents with the Mainstreet developers, and the closing will take place by the end of the week. This follows years of work on the large mixed-use development.
“I am proud to be the mayor who signed the documents. This will give our city a downtown area, and it is a major development for our city,” said Railey.
When complete, Mainstreet will include a variety of residential units, stores, restaurants, open spaces, and walking trails.
