New and deeply disturbing details have emerged following the release of a warrant issued for the arrest of a man accused of possessing hundreds of files containing child and bestiality pornography, shedding light on the scale and nature of the alleged crimes that led to his June arrest.
As Coconut Creek Talk reported on June 22, Christopher Andrew Jackman, a 32-year-old man from Rhode Island, was taken into custody after a search warrant was executed at his residence on June 4. The arrest followed a joint investigation by the Coconut Creek Police Department and the South Florida Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
Details of what Jackman was found in possession of have now been released and are extremely disturbing.
According to an affidavit, investigators received two separate cyber tips in mid-2024 from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, which was provided by Microsoft’s online safety team that flags potentially illegal content being transmitted via Skype.
The account in question was later linked to Jackman through a combination of IP address data, account information, and surveillance.
During the execution of the search warrant, Jackman was interviewed by police and acknowledged using the same Skype account flagged in the cyber tips. Forensic analysis of Jackman’s electronic devices revealed more than 200 images and videos of child sexual abuse material, according to the affidavit.
Investigators who combed through the evidence allege that Jackman initially only admitted to being “into circlejerk porn” but was later found in possession of dozens of files that depicted infants as old as three months being raped. Both adults — male and female — as well as teens can be seen in the videos raping the victims. Additionally, Jackman was found to have illegally obtained videos of men having sex with dogs.
The investigation records do not disclose why Jackman was in South Florida, but it notes that at the time of his crimes, he was employed as a yacht chef and frequently traveled internationally.
Records show Jackman was released from the Broward County Main Jail on June 25 after posting a $120,000 bond. His release was contingent on wearing an ankle monitor until his next court hearing.
Authorities say the investigation remains active and are encouraging anyone with relevant information to contact law enforcement.
