Coconut Creek High School competed at the Universal Cheer Association Camp on July 26 at Florida Atlantic University.
The Cougars had six cheerleaders selected as All-Americans, including A’Kerria Paulk, Ashley Darville, Sarah Joseph, Aundreya Mckinnie, Sarah Gauthier, and Samantha Volitare. Coconut Creek had a great 2022-23 season where they competed in Regionals and expect an even better year in 2023-24.
“Time goes by so quickly as a coach at Coconut Creek High School every year, Head Coach Tiffany Ramsey said. “It is an exciting one for me and the girls as this year will be the final year of cheering for these All-American recipients, and they begin their senior year in high school; I’m so excited to spend it with them. I plan to lead them into a successful unforgettable one, which will be a bittersweet moment as they build, believe, and bloom into greatness.”
