High school students in Coconut Creek can sharpen their test-taking skills this fall through a free six-week SAT, ACT and PSAT preparation program through the Seminole Education Foundation.
The classes are open to high school sophomores, juniors and seniors who live in Coconut Creek or attend a public school in the city.
The program includes six in-person sessions featuring expert instruction, practice resources and strategies designed to help students prepare for college entrance exams.
Similar test preparation programs typically cost between $800 and $1,400 or more.
Classes will be held from 3:15 to 4:45 p.m. Wednesdays beginning Aug. 26 and continuing Sept. 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30.
All sessions will take place at the Coconut Creek Recreation Center, 4455 Sol Press Blvd.
