Over 1,800 Domestic Vote-By-Mail ballots will be mailed to voters on Thursday, January 30, 2025, for the upcoming Municipal Elections, set for March 11, 2025. The elections will be held in several municipalities, including Coconut Creek, and voters are encouraged to participate.

- Coconut Creek
- Deerfield Beach
- Miramar
- Pembroke Pines
- Sea Ranch Lakes
As a reminder, voters opting to vote by mail must sign the Vote-by-Mail Ballot Voter Certificate on the envelope before mailing it back to the Supervisor of Elections office. Those who wish to vote by mail are required to request a ballot by 5:00 p.m. on February 27, 2025.
Under Florida law, Vote-By-Mail requests are valid for the next scheduled general election through the end of the calendar year. To continue receiving Vote-by-Mail ballots for the 2025-2026 election cycle, voters must complete a new ballot request starting January 1, 2025.
The ballots come with prepaid postage for easy return by mail. Voters should ensure they mail their ballots with enough time for delivery, as ballots must be received—not postmarked—by 7:00 p.m. on Election Day, March 11, 2025. Alternatively, ballots can be dropped off at any Supervisor of Elections office until the deadline on Election Day.

- Voter Registration Deadline: Monday, February 10, 2025
- Vote-by-Mail Request Deadline: Thursday, February 27, 2025, at 5:00 p.m.
- Election Day: Tuesday, March 11, 2025. Polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- No Early Voting for the March 11, 2025, Municipal Elections.
