The Women’s Club of Coconut Creek, the city’s oldest civic organization, invites residents to join them on January 13, 2025, for an evening of philanthropy, friendship, and fun.
This special meeting takes place at the Rowe Community Center, 900 NW 43rd Ave, Coconut Creek. Doors open at 6:00 p.m., followed by speakers at 6:30 p.m., and the general meeting at 7:00 p.m.
Founded in 1970, the Women’s Club has been a cornerstone of community support and development, contributing significantly to city projects and providing scholarships to local high school seniors. Over the decades, the club has raised over $340,000, benefiting over 475 students pursuing higher education.
In addition to its philanthropic efforts, the club played a pivotal role in creating community landmarks such as the Rowe Community Center. Their ongoing collaboration with the city ensures that Coconut Creek continues to flourish, with various projects and social events enriching the lives of residents.
This January meeting offers an opportunity for potential new members to learn about the club’s mission, connect with its members, and explore ways to make a difference in the community.
