Monarch High School has been one of the premier programs in Broward County, with four players officially signing to play college football.
Jabari Brady is signed to play in the SEC with the University of Missouri and had a historic career with the Knights. As a freshman, he caught 43 passes for 864 yards and six touchdowns before registering his first of two 1,000 receiving yard seasons as a sophomore.
Brady caught 70 passes for 1,392 yards and 10 touchdowns. As a junior, he played in seven games, catching seven touchdown passes and recording 485 yards, before playing in the Navy All-American Bowl with Team East.
As a senior, Brady caught 64 passes for 1,118 yards and 11 touchdowns. His breakout game came in the opening round of the postseason with 209 receiving yards and three touchdowns in a win over Doral Academy.
Jaboree Riggins is committed to Akron University and caught 46 passes for 548 yards while also scoring six touchdowns. He was a major part of the offense this season, which saw the Knights win their fourth straight District Title and fifth in school history after finishing 7-5.
Lorvens Barthelemy played on the offensive line and also signed with the University of Akron. He was one of the best tackles in the county during his 12 games. Barthelemy recorded 63 pancake blocks, which is an aggressive block where an offensive lineman drives a defensive player forcefully, causing the defender to be flattened onto their back. He also did not allow a sack and played on a team that threw for 3,214 yards while running for 1,863 yards.
Christian Davis played on defense and is signed with the University of North Dakota. He picked off two passes and returned them for a total of 85 yards while also recording one pass breakup in seven games.
