Domestic Disturbance – Between 12:59 a.m. and 1:03 a.m. on Aug. 5, officers responded to a domestic disturbance at Coral Pointe.
Criminal Mischief – Residence – Between 12:50 a.m. and 12:55 a.m. on Aug. 5, a 52-year-old woman was arrested for felony criminal mischief at Coral Pointe.
Sick Person – Baker Act – At 1:30 a.m. on Aug. 5, officers responded to Coquina regarding a white male who was Baker Acted.
Police Assist – Other Agency – Between Aug. 1 at 5:00 p.m. and Aug. 5 at 10:05 a.m., officers assisted another agency at W. Hillsboro Blvd. in reference to a delayed domestic case.
Abandoned Vehicle – Reported at 10:49 a.m. on Aug. 5 at 4303 W. Atlantic Blvd.
Property Damage – Between 10:12 a.m. and 11:54 a.m. on Aug. 5, damage was reported to a gate at Regency Lakes, 5201 Regency Lakes Blvd.
Traffic Violation – Tag seized at 6700 N. State Road 7 at 2:48 p.m. on Aug. 5.
Domestic Disturbance – At 7:12 p.m. on Aug. 5, a verbal domestic disturbance was reported at Coconut Creek Plaza, 4825 Coconut Creek Pkwy.
Domestic Disturbance – Between 7:35 p.m. and 7:42 p.m. on Aug. 5, a verbal domestic disturbance was reported at Cocoplum Cir.
Theft – Bicycle – Between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on Aug. 5, a bicycle valued at $1,269 was stolen at Coral Tree Cir.
Suspicious Incident – Between 8:15 p.m. and 8:31 p.m. on Aug. 5, suspicious activity was reported at CLMHP, NW 39th Ave.
Sick Person – Baker Act – At 10:42 p.m. on Aug. 5, officers responded to Sunrise Estates, 4231 NW 64th Dr., for a Baker Act case.
Trespass – Other – At 12:19 p.m. on Aug. 6, a 55-year-old man was trespassed from Walgreens, 4529 SR 810, and transported to BSO Main Jail.
Property – Found – Found property reported at 6:05 p.m. on Aug. 6 at 4800 W. Copans Rd.
Theft – All Other – Between 3:15 a.m. and 6:16 p.m. on Aug. 6, a package valued at $220 was stolen at Olivine, 3650 Coral Tree Cir.
Civil Complaint – Child custody dispute reported at 6:30 p.m. on Aug. 6 at 4555 Sol Press Blvd.
Battery – Simple Touch/Strike – At 7:50 p.m. on Aug. 6, officers responded to Elliot North, 3998 Cocoplum Cir., for a domestic verbal dispute with conflicting statements.
Domestic Disturbance – Between 8:00 p.m. and 8:04 p.m. on Aug. 6, a verbal domestic disturbance was reported at Long Pines, Long Pine Cir.
Background Investigation – Conducted at 4800 W. Copans Rd. on Aug. 7.
Obstruct Justice – At 1:28 a.m. on Aug. 7, a verbal domestic incident at Banyan Pointe Apartments, 3597 Wiles Rd., led to the recovery of a stolen vehicle.
Aggravated Battery – Between 1:30 a.m. and 1:37 a.m. on Aug. 7, felony battery was reported near SR 814 and Lyons Rd.
Suspicious Incident – At 2:10 a.m. on Aug. 7, allegations in a domestic disturbance at Cocoplum Cir. were unfounded.
Vehicle Theft – Motorcycle – Between 4:00 p.m. on Aug. 6 and 5:30 a.m. on Aug. 7, a motorcycle was stolen at Country Club Lakes Apartments, NW 74th Pl.
Missing Person – Adult – Between 4:00 p.m. on Aug. 6 and 8:45 a.m. on Aug. 7, an 89-year-old white male was reported missing from 4530 NW 68th St. and later located in Brevard County.
Police Assist – Capias Felony – At 11:36 a.m. on Aug. 7, felony warrant arrest at 4300 W. Atlantic Blvd. Subject transported to BSO Main Jail.
Vehicle Theft – Auto – Between 1:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. on Aug. 7, vehicle was stolen at Winston Park Blvd. N.
Elderly Abuse/Neglect – At 12:05 p.m. on Aug. 7, reports of self-neglect at Tallowood were unfounded. Victim: White male, 81.
Property Damage – Damage reported at NW 42nd Ter. on July 20; reported Aug. 7.
Police Information – Reported at 4:36 p.m. on Aug. 7 at Carambola Cir. S.
Fraud – Other – Between 3:25 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. on Aug. 7, fraud totaling $18,800 was reported at Wells Fargo.
Battery – Simple Touch/Strike – At 7:23 p.m. on Aug. 7, domestic battery reported. One juvenile was arrested.
Theft – From Motor Vehicle – Between midnight and 11:00 a.m. on Aug. 7, theft from motor vehicle at Banyan Pointe. Loss: $2.
Domestic Disturbance – Between 11:00 p.m. on Aug. 7 and 12:07 a.m. on Aug. 8, a verbal altercation between mother and daughter at Cypress Shores, Lyons Rd.
Property Damage – Between midnight on Aug. 7 and 3:37 a.m. on Aug. 8, a chain was cut on the fence at Tradewinds Park, 3500 Wiles Rd.
Battery – Simple Touch/Strike – Between 12:30 a.m. and 11:24 a.m. on Aug. 8, domestic violence incident at Centura Parc, NW 35th Ave.
Theft – Retail/Shoplifting – Between 5:30 p.m. and 5:45 p.m. on Aug. 8, $280 was stolen from Walmart, 5571 W. Hillsboro Blvd.
Theft – Retail/Shoplifting – Between 6:18 p.m. and 6:20 p.m. on Aug. 8, shoplifting was reported at Publix, 6570 N. State Road 7. Incident deemed suspicious.
Domestic Disturbance – Between 1:10 a.m. and 1:12 a.m. on Aug. 9, verbal dispute between father and adult son at W. Copans Rd.
Trespass – Other – At 12:39 a.m. on Aug. 8, trespassing reported at Wynmoor, 1300 block of Avenue of the Stars. Arrest made.
Vehicle Theft – Auto – Between 10:30 p.m. on Aug. 8 and 10:29 a.m. on Aug. 9, vehicle stolen from Karanda Village IV, 3891 Carambola Cir. N.
Police Assist – Other – Between 6:00 p.m. on Aug. 8 and 10:55 a.m. on Aug. 9, welfare check/CPIS initial at Wynmoor, 3201 Portofino Pt.
Theft – From Motor Vehicle – Between 10:00 p.m. on Aug. 8 and 11:00 a.m. on Aug. 9, $450 was stolen from a vehicle at Windsor, 5460 Lyons Rd.
Arrests
Aug. 9 – Kayla Renee Scardina, 34, arrested for trespass after failing to leave the property upon order by the owner at Wynmoor.
