Coconut Creek Police and firefighters are investigating the cause of a house fire that left two dogs with smoke inhalation Tuesday night, authorities said.
The fire started at 6:15 pm in a home in Hammock Estates, police said. No humans were hurt.
The two family dogs, chihuahuas named Brownie and Pepper, were both treated and released from a veterinary hospital and are doing well, police said.
