The Coral Springs Coconut Creek Regional Chamber of Commerce hosted its 5th Annual Golf Classic on May 1 at the Country Club of Coral Springs, drawing more than 120 business leaders, community partners, and golf enthusiasts for a day of networking and fundraising.
Presented by Fiserv, the event supported the Chamber’s Education Foundation, raising more than $20,000 to fund grants for local schools and student-focused initiatives.
Participants took part in a full day of on-course activities, including a hole-in-one competition offering a 24-month Lexus lease courtesy of JM Lexus, as well as closest-to-the-pin and longest-drive contests. A silent auction, a lunch, and an awards reception followed the tournament.
The Chamber’s Education Foundation provides funding for innovative programs in local schools, with proceeds from the annual tournament helping expand opportunities for students across the region.
“We are incredibly grateful for the strong support from our sponsors, players, and volunteers who made this event such a success,” said Charinus Davis, president and CEO of the Chamber. “Events like this not only strengthen connections within our business community, but also directly support educational initiatives that benefit students right here in Coral Springs and Coconut Creek.”
Additional sponsors included Coastal Waste & Recycling, Broward Health, Pirtle Construction, and Predictum Health.
