The Coral Springs Coconut Creek Regional Chamber of Commerce will host a Government Relations event examining Florida’s proposed property tax constitutional amendment and its potential impact on homeowners, businesses and local governments.
“Smart Leadership: Navigating Florida’s Property Tax Constitutional Amendment” will be held Wednesday, Sept. 16, from 4 to 5 p.m. at the Coral Springs City Hall Commission Chambers, 9500 West Sample Road.
Featured speakers include Broward County Property Appraiser Marty Kiar and state Rep. Christine Hunschofsky, who represents Florida House District 96.
The discussion will focus on how the proposed amendment could affect property owners and businesses, as well as its potential impact on local government services and communities.
