• Christopher Lee Bevins, 45, was arrested March 7 on a charge of driving while license suspended (third or subsequent offense) near Coconut Creek Parkway.
• Vladislav Plazinskiy, 45, was arrested March 7 and charged with petit theft (second degree, first offense) at Walmart on West Hillsboro Boulevard.
