
Arbor Day 2024 in Coconut Creek {City of Coconut Creek}
Coconut Creek residents can receive a free tree.
The city will celebrate the 25th Annual Arbor Day free tree giveaway on Saturday, April 26, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at City Hall, located at 4800 West Copans Road.
The event celebrates Coconut Creek’s commitment to sustainability and environmental preservation by encouraging residents to take home a free tree to plant on their property, according to city information.
Residents can choose from native and flowering trees and receive tips on planting and caring for trees from horticulture specialists. Educational resources on water conservation and eco-friendly landscaping will also be available, as will activities for children.
This event is open to Coconut Creek residents only; proof of residency is required. According to city information, trees will be available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
