Pickleball Courts at Coconut Creek.
The City of Coconut Creek is inviting adults to stay active and social this spring with the Creek Pickleball Club Friday Spring Session, an indoor open-play program designed for players of all skill levels.
The program runs Fridays from Jan. 16 through May 15, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the Coconut Creek Recreation Complex, 4455 Sol Press Blvd. Games will not be held on March 13, March 20, or April 3.
Open to adults 18 and older, the program welcomes beginners and experienced players alike. Participants will play using a rotational partner or single-player round-robin format, depending on attendance. Players must bring their own paddles.
Registration options include a 15-week session for $50 for Coconut Creek residents and $70 for non-residents, which includes a pickleball bag. Daily walk-ins, based on availability, are also offered for $5 for residents and $10 for non-residents.
To qualify for resident pricing, participants must present a state-issued driver’s license or valid passport, along with proof of Coconut Creek residency, such as a voter registration card or a water, cable, or electric bill dated within the past two months. Credit card payments only are accepted.
Space is limited to 24 participants per day, and registration remains open until capacity is reached. Players may register online at CoconutCreek.gov/WebTrac or in person at the Recreation Complex or the Community Center, 1100 Lyons Road. A WebTrac account is required for online registration.
For help setting up an account, residents can contact the Recreation Complex at 954-956-1580.
