Coconut Creek Community Center {Coconut Creek}
The City of Coconut Creek will host a Senior Health & Wellness 2026 Broward County Tour event on Monday, May 18, offering residents an afternoon focused on healthy living and education.
The event, led by Commissioner Sandy Welch, will take place from 1 to 2:30 p.m. at the Community Center, 1100 Lyons Road. It is free and open to all ages.
Attendees can participate in a variety of activities, including a healthy cooking demonstration and a session on “Smart & Savvy Nutrition on a Budget,” designed to help individuals make healthier food choices without overspending.
City officials encourage residents to preregister, as space is limited and registration will close once capacity is reached. To reserve a spot, participants can call the Community Center at 954-545-6670.
