The Easter Bunny will be driving around and waving to children on Sunday in Parkland.

Social distancing has wreaked havoc on the hospitality industry, but Crystal Moore is not letting that stop her from celebrating responsibly with the Easter Bunny this weekend.
Moore owns Parkland-based party company We Mix it Up, which specializes in event planning, party rentals, beverage catering, and more for private and corporate events.
“Our business is centered around social gatherings. All of our events have been postponed or canceled for now in order to keep our team and clients safe,” she said.
We Mix it Up usually hosts monthly Foodie Family Fun Nights and an annual spring festival at the MiraLago clubhouse for residents, but the events were also cancelled due to the health crisis.
Visits with the Easter Bunny are a tradition for many families, but with Florida’s shelter-in-place order, Moore – a mom of three – recognized that personal visits with the Easter Bunny would not be possible this year.
“I understand it is challenging to keep the kids entertained while social distancing, so we will be driving around the Cascata, MiraLago, and Town Parc neighborhoods with the Easter Bunny as he waves to all of the children in the communities,” she explained. “Our hope is to bring some joy and fun to our community on Easter Sunday during this challenging time.”
Moore cautioned parents to keep little ones safely in their driveways as the Easter Bunny slowly passes by on Sunday morning because the busy rabbit will not be able to stop for individual visits.

“I have hope that once this pandemic is controlled, We Mix it Up will be back stronger than ever – serving our community and doing what we love.”
