The City of Coconut Creek will kick off the new year with Groove N Grub, a traveling event series that brings live music and diverse food options to neighborhoods across the community.
The January installment will feature The Ruminators, billed as South Florida’s premier classic rock and jam band. The group promises a musical journey “from the British Invasion to the Summer of Love.” Food vendors will be on-site throughout the evening.
The free, family-friendly event takes place Saturday, Jan. 10, from 6 to 9 p.m., with the band performing at 7 p.m. It will be held on the athletic field behind the Recreation Complex at 4455 Sol Press Blvd.
Guests are encouraged to bring blankets, chairs, and coolers. Chairs will not be provided. Pets are not permitted. Parking is available at the Recreation Complex.
