Silas is a three-year-old mixed-breed dog with an incredible sense of fun. Recently he has been participating in the Lunch Buddies program and has been the perfect gentlemen, taking several of his favorite volunteers to lunch.
He is well-behaved and loves riding in the car and also enjoys casual dining and has a particular liking for burgers. Silas is proud to be called one of the friendliest dogs at the shelter. He prides himself on his humble attitude and excellent manners. He is playful, likes toys, and would make an incredible playmate for children.
Silas is looking for a forever home but would like readers to know that he would also be very interested in a foster home. His ID number is A1955238.
Silas says to Parkland residents: “My bags are packed, come pick me up.”
He is at Broward County Animal Care and Adoption, 2400 SW 42nd Street, Fort Lauderdale. The shelter is open Tuesday – Sunday, 11 am – 6 pm (closed on Mondays).
