Suzy is like a ray of sunshine; the whole room lights up when she walks into it.
She is a seven-year-old shepherd mix who finds herself stuck in the shelter in her middle age. Despite this, she remains upbeat, friendly and outgoing, always ready to greet you with a wag of her tail and a big smile.
Suzy likes to take walks, play with toys and press up close against you for a head rub. She’s great with all ages of people and is looking for a foster home or forever home where she can put her paws up and watch television with the family. Suzy’s ID number is A14095980.
Suzy says to Parkland residents: “Please consider me for your new family member!” She is at Broward County Animal Care and Adoption, 2400 SW 42nd Street, Fort Lauderdale, open from Tuesday – Sunday, 11 am- 6 pm.
