Coconut Creek is launching a cutting-edge basketball training program for girls aged 7 to 13.
This program aims to bolster both conditioning and essential basketball skills, including shooting, footwork, acceleration, lateral agility, balance, and change of direction.
Scheduled to run on Saturdays from April 6 through April 27, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:15 p.m., the program offers a comprehensive training experience tailored to the developmental needs of young female athletes.
In addition to expert coaching, participants will receive a complimentary shirt for their registration. The program costs $35 for Coconut Creek residents and $45 for non-residents, with payment accepted via credit card only.
The training sessions will be held at the Recreation Complex, 4455 Sol Press Boulevard. Registration is currently open and will continue until the program reaches its capacity of ten participants.
Interested parties can register online through the Coconut Creek website at CoconutCreek.net/WebTrac or by walking into the Recreation Complex or the Community Center at 1100 Lyons Road.
