That Pizza Joint Brings New York-Style Slices and Affordable Prices to Coconut Creek

Brian Rifkin wants his customers to enjoy good pizza at a reasonable price.

The owner of That Pizza Joint, Rifkin loves pizza and wants to share a variety of pizzas, sandwiches, and salads with the Coconut Creek community. He has created a New York-style pizza restaurant. The restaurant recently opened and had a ribbon-cutting ceremony in June.

“Pizza is a happy food. It puts a smile on people’s faces even if they are having a bad day. I grew up loving pizza,” said Rifkin.

He wants people to enjoy pizza at a reasonable price, so he offers two slices and a drink for about $8. “Most of the other restaurants around here that sell pizza charge a lot more than I do. I offer a variety because everyone has a different opinion on what they want in a pizza,” he said.

That Pizza Joint offers Becca Roni, Rappers Delight, Action Jaxson, Chicken Bacon Ranch, and other pizza options. Sandwiches are served on homemade pizza bread and include Chicken Cali, Double Trouble, Over the Top, and others.

That Pizza Joint is located at 4570 Lyons Road. Business hours are 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday and 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday.
