
Coconut Creek Recreation Complex.
The City of Coconut Creek invites children ages 8 to 12 to participate in its Creative Arts and Crafts program, a series of workshops designed to inspire creativity and artistic expression.
Held at the Recreation Complex on 4455 Sol Press Boulevard, the program offers young participants the opportunity to explore a variety of art mediums, with all supplies and materials included.
The program is divided into four sessions, each running on Tuesday evenings from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The schedule is as follows:
- Session 1: February 4 through February 25
- Session 2: March 4 through April 1 (no class on March 25)
- Session 3: April 8 through April 29
- Session 4: May 6 through May 27
Each session costs $45 for Coconut Creek residents and $55 for non-residents, with payment accepted by credit card only. Space is limited to 12 participants per session to ensure individualized attention and a quality experience.
Registration is ongoing until sessions reach capacity. Interested families can sign up online at CoconutCreek.net/WebTrac or in person at either the Recreation Complex or the Community Center, located at 1100 Lyons Road.
