Coconut Creek Community Center {Coconut Creek}
Calling all LEGO enthusiasts. The City of Coconut Creek has announced an exciting LEGO challenge for kids aged 6 to 11, where they’ll have one hour to craft their best sculpture.
The program, which runs every Friday from August 16 through September 6, will offer young participants an exciting opportunity to showcase their design skills and imagination.
Held at the Community Center at 1100 Lyons Road, each one-hour session, held from 3:45 p.m. to 4:45 p.m., will challenge the children to build the best LEGO creation within the parameters of that week’s theme.
To fuel their creativity, each participant will be provided with a 1,000-piece LEGO set, which they will get to keep at the end of the program.
The cost for this program is $45 for Coconut Creek residents and $55 for non-residents. Credit card payments are the only accepted form of payment.
Space is limited to just 10 participants, ensuring each child receives personalized attention and a chance to shine. Registration is ongoing until all spots are filled. Interested families can register online at CoconutCreek.net/Webtrac or in person at either the Community Center or the Recreation Complex at 4455 Sol Press Boulevard.
