Three people were seen recording themselves having sex under a street light in the middle of the road in Parkland last week, authorities said.
The men were spotted by a Broward Sheriff’s Office deputy conducting an area check in the 6600 block of Parkside Drive on Sept. 24 around 2:30 a.m., according to a BSO incident report.
When the men spotted cars traveling down the street, they dashed into the bushes and waited for them to pass, deputies said. Then they allegedly returned to the middle of the street to continue recording themselves having sex.
When the deputy approached the men on foot and ordered them to the ground, one of them ran away, dropping his phone as he fled, according to the incident report.
The other two men, ages 18 and 28, were released shortly after “due to no independent witness/victims observing them,” the report states.
