{Republic Services}
The City of Coconut Creek continues its partnership with Republic Services to manage residential solid waste, ensuring residents receive comprehensive collection. Republic Services collects household garbage, bulk trash, and yard waste.
Residents are reminded to place their garbage in the city-issued garbage cart by the curb before 7:00 a.m. on their designated pickup day.
Garbage
To determine which days waste is collected in your area, refer to the single-family garbage collection map on the city’s website. Garbage is collected twice a week, while bulk trash is picked up once per week.
To reduce the overall amount of waste produced, the city combines the collection of garbage, bulk, and yard waste, offering residents a variety of disposal options while encouraging sustainability.
Hazardous Waste
Additionally, the City of Coconut Creek participates in a Household Hazardous Waste Program, allowing residents to dispose of hazardous materials safely. Household hazardous waste events are held monthly so residents can properly dispose of harmful substances.
