Coconut Creek Approves Pharmacy Inside Doctors Health Medical Office

Doctors Health Group of South Florida will be able to establish a pharmacy within its existing medical office.

At the August 27 meeting, the commission passed a resolution approving a special use application requested by Juan Basto of Doctors Health to open a 510-square-foot pharmacy at 3850 Coconut Creek Parkway.

The pharmacy can operate only when the medical clinic at Coconut Creek Medical Plaza, also known as Doctors Health, is open to patients. The pharmacy cannot operate outside of the medical clinic’s operational hours.

According to city information, the pharmacy identification sign may be placed only on the west façade of the building, facing the parking lot.
