Jasmine Pierre celebrated the opening of her new business, J & J Ship and Print, in the Coconut Creek Plaza on June 2.
The Coral Springs Coconut Creek Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Coconut Creek Commission welcomed Pierre with a ribbon cutting.
“We welcome you to Coconut Creek and want you to be successful. A shipping company is a business our city needs,” said Mayor Jackie Railey.
J & J Ship and Print works with United Parcel Service, FedEx, and the U.S. Postal Service to pack and ship items to any location worldwide. The business offers copying, printing, and document services, focusing on saving customers’ time and money in a single visit. It also offers background checks, according to Pierre.
The name J & J comes from Jasmine and her 13-year-old daughter, Jaslinae Senelus, who will be working in the business.
“I did my research, and I decided that Coconut Creek Plaza would be a good place to locate a shipping company. I like the people of this city,” said Pierre.
