Through our joint effort with the Coconut Creek Police Department to share updates with residents, this is a summary of Coconut Creek’s crime and arrests through April 17.

Vehicle Theft – Auto

A 36-year-old female was the victim of Vehicle Theft – Auto at Banyan Bay on W Atlantic Blvd was reported on 04/11/2023. The total estimated loss was $500. 

A 41-year-old male was a victim of Vehicle Theft – Auto at Country Club Lakes Apartments was reported on 04/13/2023. The total estimated loss was $300. 

A 34-year-old male was the victim of Vehicle Theft – Auto at the Vista Verde apartment complex on W Atlantic Blvd was reported on 04/14/2023. The total estimated loss was $45,000.

Theft – From Motor Vehicle

A victim of Theft – From a Motor Vehicle was reported at Promenade on 04/12/2023. The total estimated loss was $1,020. 

Robbery – Armed

A 57-year-old male was the victim of Robbery – Armed on Lyons Road was reported on 04/12/2023. The total estimated loss was $125.

Theft – Retail/Shoplifting

Sephora was the victim of Theft – Retail/Shoplifting on Lyons Road. Stolen fragrances were reported on 04/12/2023. The total estimated loss was $2,765. 

Burglary – Residence

A 67-year-old female was the victim of Burglary at Portofino Point. The theft was reported on 04/13/2023. The total estimated loss was $5,637. 

Theft – All Other

A 68-year-old female was the victim of Theft – All Other on W Hillsboro Blvd was reported on 04/13/2023. The total estimated loss was $120.

A 19-year-old female was the victim of Theft – From Motor Vehicle on Carambola Circle N was reported on 04/15/2023. The total estimated loss was $161. 

Criminal Mischief

Chase Bank was the victim of Criminal Mischief – Other on N State Road 7 was reported on 04/14/2023. An ATM was damaged, causing $3,000 in damage. 

Burglary Conveyance

A 45-year-old female was the victim of a Burglary Conveyance that was reported at Victoria Isle on 04/16/2023. The total estimated loss was $500. 

Arrests

Etienne, Renel Leslie, 33, was arrested on a charge of Trespass – Other at 4443 Lyons Road on 04/11/2023.

Whitley, Suhayra, 37, was arrested on Theft – Retail/Shoplifting Previous Conviction charge at 4849 Coconut Creek Parkway on 04/11/2023.

Black, Carlton Lee, 28, was arrested on a Robbery/With Weapon charge at 2400 Lyons Road on 04/12/2023.

Madison, Jeremy, 31, was arrested on a charge of No Valid License at 5000 Coconut Creek Parkway on 04/13/2023.

White, Miazoti Ann, 38, was arrested on a charge of Dui Alcohol Or Drugs 1st Offense at 4690 N State Road 7 on 04/13/2023.

Robinson, Kyle E., 18, was arrested on a Grand Theft /Auto charge at 831 Lyons Road on 04/16/2023.

Whitersjohnson, Deante Ovian, 22, was arrested on a Burglary Unoccupied Conveyance Unarmed charge on 04/16/2023.

Cavallaro, Brandon Jay, 33, was arrested on a Touch Or Strike/Battery charge at 4200 W Copans Road on 04/16/2023.
