The summer fun away from the sun continues for Parkland teens in July.
Every third Friday, The City of Parkland hosts its Teen Night for teens ages 12 to 15 to participate in different group activities and field trips.
On Friday, July 29, hop on the bus and head to Xtreme Action Park, which features a half-mile go-kart track, a bowling alley, laser tag, roller skating, rope courses, unlimited arcade usage, and more.
Space is limited to 40 teens per event, and pre-registration is required. The cost for residents is $10 and for non-residents $12. Students and parents love this event as it provides a safe, fun evening for the teens and a much-welcome night off for the adults.
The communal bus will leave for Xtreme Action Park from the Parkland Recreational Center at 10559 Trails End, Parkland, Florida, 33076. The bus is scheduled to depart at 5:00 p.m. and returns at 8:30 p.m.
Next month’s event will be on August 26 at the Parkland Recreation Center.
