A new anti-aging and wellness clinic opens its doors in West Boca Raton.

The grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony for the CR8 Health clinic is slated for Wednesday, July 20, at 5 p.m., where the Greater Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce and other local dignitaries will be in attendance.

Guests will enjoy light bites and bubbles while experiencing wellness and skincare demonstrations, mini treatments, special offers, giveaways, a free body composition test, and more.

Founded by brothers Dr. Nadav D. Fields and Dr. Jonathan M. Fields, both Coral Springs residents, CR8 Health focuses on age management, aesthetic enhancement, and health maximization.

With over 40 years of combined experience, the clinic’s medical and aesthetic team creates customized treatment programs for all patients. From hormone optimization and functional medicine practices to noninvasive skin tightening and rejuvenation solutions, CR8 Health provides dozens of treatment services in a family-like atmosphere.

Dr. Fields said the clinic’s location is perfect both for Boca residents and those traveling from Coral Springs and Parkland. “We are on Glades, right off the Turnpike. It is only a 15-minute drive,” he added.

He said the founders and staff are excited to finally open the clinic, start seeing patients, and meet the community. “We have been working on this project for about a year. Not a lot of med-spas and clinics in the area offer all the services that we will be providing, and we are happy to be able to engage, educate, and empower our patients,” he added.

Dr. Fields,  an Acupuncture Physician and Doctor of Oriental Medicine operates Integrative Medicine US clinic in Tamarac.

His brother Dr. Nadav Fields is a Medical Doctor and Primary Care Physician who has been working in a hospital for the past decade and has “grown frustrated with corporate healthcare,” especially in the past few years while dealing with the pandemic.

The brothers wanted to open a clinic together where they could combine integrative medicine and esthetic treatments with a highly customized approach. Dr. Fields says having a medical doctor on-site will make a big difference for patients.

“Not many medical spas have an actual doctor on staff; they usually operate under a nurse. In our office, patients would be able to talk to Dr. Nadav Fields and get real medical advice,” he said, adding that such consultations can help the medical team get to the root cause of the issues patients come in with, whether it is chronic health problems, autoimmune disease, fatigue, or thyroid issues.

“Dr. Nadav Fields is board certified in both internal and obesity medicine, which is not something you see in many weight loss centers. The level of education and expertise we can offer is superior, and we hope the residents will take advantage of that,” said Dr. Jonathan Fields.

He added that CR8 Health offers July promotions and deals to friends and family to celebrate the grand opening. Specialty pricing includes $100 savings on testosterone replacement, Botox/Xeomin, and syringes of dermal fillers (Radiesse, Belotero, Versa Lips, and Juvéderm). Additional discounts include $200 off the first month of weight loss services, 50% off acupuncture, 25% off laser services and all skincare products, and buy two, get one free SkinPen® Microneedling services.

“If someone wants to give us a try and take advantage of the many services we offer, now is a great time,” said Dr. Fields, adding that the founders and staff hope the residents will come to the grand opening and celebrate a great new business in the local community.

The grand opening is an invite-only event; however,  guests and media are invited to RSVP to

CR8 Health is located at 8234 Glades Road in Boca Raton.
