One of Coconut Creek’s most popular community traditions is making a delicious comeback.
The Coconut Creek Police Department has announced the return of its pizza gatherings, inviting the community to come together for “A Slice of Safety.”
The event will take place on Wednesday, July 2, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Amici’s Pizza Cafe, located at 4800 West Hillsboro Boulevard.
This time, officers are teaming up with their colleagues from Coconut Creek Fire Rescue to serve up more than just slices. The event will also offer a chance for families to connect with the local heroes in red and blue who help keep their neighborhoods safe.
Children will receive a complimentary slice of cheese pizza, and adults can take advantage of discounts.
For more information, visit the city’s official website.
