This dynamic league is open to girls and boys between the ages of 5 and 16, with age determined as of February 29, 2024.
With an emphasis on fun and skill development, the Coconut Creek Youth Soccer League aims to provide young athletes with an enriching experience on the field. Each player will receive a jersey, shorts, and socks, ensuring they look the part while competing.
The season promises to be action-packed, with a 10-game schedule followed by playoffs and a championship showdown.
Mark your calendars, as player evaluations, drafts, and clinics are scheduled for September, with practices set to begin in October. The highly anticipated opening games will kick off in November, leading up to the playoffs and championship matches during the first week of February.
To accommodate players of varying age groups, the league offers several divisions, subject to change based on registrations. The divisions include the Coed Instructional for ages 5 to 6 (6U), Boys 8U, Girls 9U, Boys 10U, Girls 11U, Boys 12U, Girls 16U, and Boys 16U.
Game days and times are subject to change based on registration and availability. On Saturdays, soccer enthusiasts can catch matches for the 6U, 8U, 9U, 10U, and 16U divisions, with some games scheduled on weekdays as well. Tuesdays will see the Girls 11U division in action, while Wednesdays will be dedicated to the Boys 12U division.
The action takes place at the George S. Gerber Memorial Park, located at 4715 NW 30th Street, and Sabal Pines Park, at 5005 NW 39th Avenue. These venues will host practices and games, providing the perfect backdrop for young athletes to showcase their skills.
