Coconut Creek High School Football Team Wins Big Over Blanche Ely

The Coconut Creek High School football team beat Blanche Ely High School 41-6 on Thursday night to improve to 7-2 this season.

Everett Butler caught touchdown passes for the Cougars from both Josiah Sanchious and Aaron Power. Jordan Thompson, Ja’Kari Gentles, and Sachious all had rushing touchdowns. JonathanHernandez also added a field goal, with Demario Johnson recording an interception. The Cougars will return home for senior night against Marjory Stoneman Douglas on Thursday, October 30, at 7 p.m. The Eagles are 4-5 this year, but lost 41-7 a year ago.
