Families are invited to join the excitement at the upcoming Family Fun Bike Night.
Held on Friday, March 22, from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Sabal Pines Park, the event promises a fun evening filled with bike rides, safety education, and various bicycle-related activities. Designed for all ages, it emphasizes the joy of cycling and the importance of bike safety.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own bicycles for a special course, which will be led by the Coconut Creek Police Officers and recreation staff, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. To enhance safety, attendees will receive a free bike light, and Frenchie’s Bicycle Store will be on-site offering complimentary ABC (air, brake, & chain) checks for all bikes.
This family-oriented event is free, but due to limited space and a cap of 50 participants, pre-registration is required. All family members planning to attend must register beforehand.
Registration is open and continues until full. Interested parties can register online through the city’s WebTrac system, in person at the Community Center, or at the Recreation Complex.
Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent, ensuring a safe environment for young participants. The event will take place in the back parking lot of Sabal Pines Park, located at 5005 NW 39th Avenue.
