Crema Gourmet is a South Florida café concept founded in 2012. Their philosophy is that breakfast shouldn’t be limited to morning hours, so the full breakfast menu is available throughout the day.
Crema Gourmet has grown from a single café into more than 25 locations across South Florida and New York, with additional locations continuing to open. The menu blends American brunch favorites with Mediterranean and European café influences.
The brand built its reputation around a European-style café experience that combines specialty coffee, all-day breakfast, fresh juices, sandwiches, salads, bowls, pasta, and pastries. All fresh, made-to-order food is prepared in-house, and the brand offers premium Illy Coffee, its exclusive coffee partner.
The interior is beautiful. Spacious, with vaulted ceilings, checkerboard tiles, and wood furniture evoking the European cafes it emulates. You order at the counter and take a number to your table. Our group was hungry, excited and ready to splurge and over-order.

Crema Gourmet drinks.
All the drinks are oversized in a glass jar. The Greek Stallion ($9.94) had kale, spinach, dates, chia seeds, almond milk, bananas, cashew, cinnamon, and mountain honey. It perfectly rode the thin line of not cloying up with too much sweetness and thickness. It was everyone’s favorite of the meal.
The Pina Colada ($10.99) had coconut milk, banana, pineapple, coconut flakes, mountain honey, and vanilla vegan protein. My wife found it too sweet. I found it just right and wildly tasty.
The Green Team ($8.49) cucumber, lime, ginger, and green apple was clean and refreshing, but a far cry from the flavor bombs the other ones were.

Prosciutto Sandwich.
My wife ordered the Prosciutto sandwich ($13.99) with mozzarella cheese, arugula, roasted red peppers, and a balsamic vinaigrette. The menu has a note that says “All sandwiches are made panini style with 10″ white or multigrain baguette”. She opted for white, but we completely disagreed on the amount of dressing on the sandwich. She thinks lighter is better to fully experience the saltiness of the prosciutto. I prefer more dressing. Either way, we both very much enjoyed the sandwich and loved the peppers and homemade bread.

Avocado Toast.
For the Avocado Toast ($12.49), we went with a small upcharge for egg on top for some gluttonous umami taste. The red pepper flakes and scallions were a nice added touch, and with the freshness of the mashed avocados, it hit the spot.
My least favorite item had to be the Breakfast Sandwich ($14.49) from the all-day breakfast menu. The basic components were all there: scrambled eggs, cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and aioli. Nothing stood out, and within the first bite I was hit with a regret of missing out on a better dish. Nobody disagreed with me that this time that this one needed more sauce.

Chicken Caesar salad.
For the review, we ordered a Chicken Caesar ($15.99) for one bite and then to go. The oven-roasted chicken was phenomenal, and overall, the Caesar dressing had a nice tang. Also, we tried their only soup on the menu, the Lentil Soup ($6.49). I’m used to the more Middle Eastern style where the lentils are pureed, and the soup is creamier, but this was hearty and solid.
Since most breakfast spots close in the early afternoon, it’s nice to see that breakfast lovers in the area have a new, healthy, and delicious alternative available until 5 p.m. every day.
