Coconut Creek residents will soon see a new Fifth Third Bank.
During the September 25 meeting, the commission passed a resolution to approve Michaela Kegley’s site plan request from BDG Architects for the construction of an approximately 2,133-square-foot stand-alone bank building for Fifth Third Bank, located at 4805 Coconut Creek Parkway, featuring dual drive-through lanes.
The site was the former Lorenzo’s Italian Restaurant, which had fallen into disrepair. City staff have reviewed the application and found it complies with all zoning requirements, according to city information.
