Police Arrest Second Suspect in Coconut Creek Home Invasion That Left Victim Bound Naked

A second suspect has been arrested after police say a Coconut Creek home invasion left a victim bound naked while cash, property, and cryptocurrency were stolen.
According to a Coconut Creek Police Department arrest report, Tevin Dean, 31, was arrested on July 29 and is facing 12 felony charges stemming from the June 8 home invasion, according to an arrest warrant and Broward County jail records.
CCPD records show Dean acted alongside co-defendant Sheendalie Joseph, who investigators say orchestrated the robbery by allowing Dean into the victim's apartment while the victim was upstairs.
Once inside, authorities allege Dean pointed a gun at the victim before pressing a kitchen knife against the back of his head and threatening to kill him. While Dean held the victim at knifepoint, Joseph allegedly forced the victim to unlock his cellphone by holding it to his face.
Investigators said the victim was ordered to strip naked before the suspects bound him with duct tape and searched the apartment for valuables.
Police said the pair stole more than $27,000 in cash, personal property, and digital assets during the robbery.
According to the arrest warrant, the suspects gained access to the victim's Coinbase account, sold his cryptocurrency holdings, and transferred approximately $1,200 via Zelle to an account belonging to the Victim's son.
Investigators also allege they linked the victim's debit card to a Cash App account that did not belong to him and that the victim attempted multiple fraudulent transactions. Additional credit cards were reportedly stolen from a dresser drawer.
After the suspects fled, the victim remained tied up and struggled for approximately 30 minutes before freeing himself and contacting authorities.
Police said the suspects attempted to destroy evidence after the robbery by deleting seven Ring camera recordings just minutes after leaving the apartment. Investigators also allege they factory-reset the victim's iPhones before pawning them, preventing detectives from recovering evidence.
A Broward County judge ordered Dean held without bond. Joseph had previously been arrested in connection with the case.
